For Guests

  1. For guests if we unable to accept your order, we shall inform you and you will not be charged.
  2. If you wish to make a change to your reservation please contact us. We cannot guarantee that any change you request will be possible. We shall let you know promptly and tell you about any other relevant changes including to the price of the reservation as a result of your requested change.
  3. Delays or early departure. If you are delayed for any reason and unable to check-in on the date and time specified by you, we shall be entitled to the full payment specified at the time of making your booking.
  4. Changes made by us. In some circumstances, we may need to make a change to your reservation e.g. if there is an unforeseeable event affecting the accommodation or our ability to make it available or damage to or around the accommodation. In those circumstances we shall give you as much notice as possible, explain the issue and what we propose to do about it.  If we are unable to offer you alternative accommodation or you do not wish to stay at the alternative accommodation we shall provide a full refund.
  5. Payment must be made in full at the time of making the reservation unless otherwise specified during the booking process.
  6. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, paypal, and other secure online payment methods as listed on our Website. Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider.
  7. Your payment details are handled securely, and we comply with applicable data protection laws to ensure the security of your information.
  8. If your payment fails or is not authorized, your reservation is not guaranteed and may be cancelled.
  9. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of your notice relative to your reservation date:
  10. 6 months or more: Full refund.
  11. 3 - 6 months: 50% refund.
  12. Less than 3 months: No refund.
  13. If we need to cancel your reservation, we shall  notify you and provide a full refund. We shall make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding alternative accommodation.
  14. You are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during your stay, whether intentional or accidental.
  15. You must use the accommodation responsibly and adhere to any house rules provided.
  16. You must not engage in illegal activities or disturb neighbours or other guests.
  17. You must leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it. Any excessive cleaning required or damages caused will be charged to you.
  18. You are responsible for ensuring that you and any guests comply with all applicable local laws during your stay.


Handful of Keys

  1. We are responsible for providing the accommodation as described on our Website. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your use of the accommodation unless they arise due to our negligence or breach of contract.
  2. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.


General

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  2. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably.
  3. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
